| Q. Can I be mailed a paper form? |
| A. Registration is only online. There are no paper forms. |
| Q. What day and times are the games? |
| A. The schedules may be found on the "Schedule" tab on the left side of the home page. |
| Q. How can my child sign up with several of his friends? |
| A. Each player may request only one friend and that friend must also request the player. Multiple requests will not be honored. |
| Q. Where do I request a coach? |
| A. CMYSA is not accepting request for coaches. However, a coach may request one player for each team they volunteer to coach. Volunteers will also need to register online. |
| Q. How do I request to be on the same team with one friend? |
| A. The player request may be found when entering a players information. The top of the page says "confirm player information." It has a large box explaining that only one player may be requested and that player must also list the name of the first player. |
| Q. Do I put my child's current grade or the grade they are going into? |
| A. The website is asking for current grade. However, the league selection takes into account that current grade has been entered. For example, if you are currently an 8th grader, your league choice would be the 9th - 12 grade league. |
| Q. Where do I send the release and emergency medical form? |
| A. Please turn the forms into the coach at the first practice. |
| Q. Do we need a picture? |
| A. Yes, please bring a small picture for the players ID card to the first practice. |
| Q. How do I do my background check as a coach? |
| A. If you have difficulties with your background check please contact Nicole via email at nicole@cmysa.org or call at 320-251-4179. You should have recieved an email with the passwords and website information. |
