| Description: | CMYSA is pleased to announce the new scholarship program available to our in-house/recreation league players. Please fill out the form and submit it to the address listed on the application to be considered for our scholarship. Scholarship decisions will be made by March 31st and if you do not receive a scholarship payment will be due by May 1st to ensure the player will be able to play. All scholarship decisions are made by the CMYSA scholarship committee. |
