The above link leads to the training, which is located in the middle of the webpage and takes approximately 45 minutes.

This training must be completed and a copy of the printed certificate needs to be on file with the club before they may coach or officiate for the first time starting with the 2011 Fall and 2012 Summer seasons and once every three years thereafter.

The certificate of completion at the end of the training is proof the course has been taken. This certificate should be printed and a copy should be provided to Mark Helminick, the CMYSA Coaching Director, to have on file. Certificates can emailed to Mark at mark@cmysa.org or mailed to him at;

Mark Helminick
1500 Oak Grove Rd., Ste 109
St. Cloud, MN 56301

Feel free to email Mark with any questions regarding this important new policy
