Q. Can I be mailed a paper form?
A. Registration is only online. There are no paper forms.
Q. How do I get a refund if my child is not playing?
A. CMYSA has a no refund policy please contact Nicole or Andy for further assistance.
Q. It states that my username is already in use but I can not login to register?
A. In many instances the accounts have not been activated please make sure you activate your account via the actiavtion email that was sent to your account email.
Q. What day and times are the games? REC ONLY
A. The schedules may be found on the "Schedule" tab on the left side of the home page.
Q. How can my child sign up with several of his friends? REC ONLY
A. Each player may request only one friend and that friend must also request the player. Multiple requests will not be honored. Travel players are placed on teams based on tryout scores not friend requests. Friend requests are not honored for travel teams.
Q. Where do I request a coach?
A. CMYSA does not accept a player request for a specific coach.
Q. How do I request to be on the same team with one friend? REC ONLY
A. The player request may be found when entering a players information. The top of the page says "confirm player information." It has a large box explaining that only one player may be requested and that player must also list the name of the first player.
Q. Do I put my child's current grade or the grade they are going into?
A. The website is asking for the grade they will be in for the upcoming school year not the grade they are currently in.
Q. Where do I send the release and emergency medical form?
A. Please turn the forms into the coach at the first practice.
Q. Do we need a picture?
A. Yes, please bring a small picture for the players ID card to the first practice.
Q. How do I do my background check as a coach?
A. If you have difficulties with your background check please contact Nicole via email at email@example.com or call at 320-253-5936. You should have recieved an email with the passwords and website information.
Q. What if I cannot be at Travel soccer tryouts
A. Players unable to attend tryouts: Players who are unable to attend tryout/assessments on the date specified weekend must register for tryouts and notify the Director of Coaching in writing 7 days prior to tryouts stating the reason they cannot attend and the age group they are requesting to play with. Priority placement will be given to those attending tryouts. A roster position will not be held for those players.
Q. What night will my in-house rec player be playing on?
A. CMYSA is currently in the process of modifying the schedule to allow for optimal number of players. The schedule will be posted on the main page of the website by Feb. 1st.
Q. When can I register for in-house rec soccer?
A. Registration for in-house soccer will open Feb. 1st.
