The following foot skills should be comfortable by first outdoor practice.
It will take about 20 minutes a week to master these skills on the average. By every Friday you should post to this website the skills you are working on to share with your teammates! Let them know which ones are easy, which ones are hard and the ones you are good at.
Foot Skills: Shuffles, Sole touches, Karaoke twist, V-pullbacks, Shuffle v-pullbacks, Shuffle mardonas, Stop & spin, Shuffle halos, Shuffle halo v-pullbacks.
We will work on these dribbling skills all year:
Dribbling Skills: Dribble cuts, Dribble cuts stop, Chop suey, Outside-outside lunge, Outside-outside scissor, Outside-outside stepover, Outside scissor stepover, Schuffle row.
Juggling Skills: keep ball in air for 10 hits
