Please verify our late payment date. It was suppose to be 4-1-10. We are getting emails stating that their were charged today. Also how do creit those that were charged by mistake? |

Hi, this is Mike. I just checked and the late fee was programmed to apply on March 1st. We set it to March 1st because the online registration questionnaire you sent us said March 1st. Therefore, a $15 late fee, per player, was applied beginning at 12:01 AM on March 1st. I just changed it to April 1st per this support request. To credit late fees already charged, log into your Authorize.Net interface and credit the appropriate amounts to each transaction that needs the credit. Thanks, |
