THERE are NO REFUNDS once REGISTERED for CMYSA PROGRAMS
(except the Travel Team Fee Refund Policy stated below.) **
All registrations must be completed online with an existing Sports Engine account.
Sports Engine works best with the following web browsers: Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
The mother and/or father email address(es) provided on your registration form will be used for individual responses.
For group messages, your Sports Engine login email address will be used.

Please email CMYSA Director of Coaching at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask if there is a roster spot available before registering for a 2021 Travel Team.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the CMYSA Board of Directors.
Summer 2021 Travel Team refund policy for requests received prior to February 15, 2021:
- The initial $150 registration deposit will be retained by CMYSA
- A refund may be granted up to 50% of the remaining balance paid. If registration was fully paid, the refund for a 9U & 10U player is $83 and for a 11U-18U player is $125. Financial Aid recipients receive a $14 refund (if player does not owe club for the uniform).
- If your child elects to move from the CMYSA Travel program to the CMYSA Rec program, the Board can transfer the initial registration deposit to cover the Rec registration fee *
Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for injuries, family relocation, and other situations. After February 15 team fee refunds are not considered except for case-by-case issues listed.
*For players who choose to move to the 2021 Summer Rec program, email email@example.com to receive a registration discount code.
There are no refunds for the Fall Travel program.
