Winter 7v7 League

The CMYSA 7v7 Winter League registration is live! Designed for high school–aged boys (2007–2010) who want quality soccer with flexible commitment, this league offers weekly Saturday games, smaller teams, and tons of touches on the ball. Whether you bring your own crew or sign up solo, it’s a great way to stay active, connect with local players, and keep your skills sharp heading into spring. Spots are limited—register today and get in the game! We will have league standings posted and if we get a good turnout we will run a similar league in the spring and summer!


  • The 2007-2009 boys that are placed on a travel roster will get free entry as this will be their weekly open play that is included in travel fees.
  • Players that aren't placed on a travel roster or choose not to play travel are also encouraged to register.

Location:

  • Husky Dome - 1204 4th Ave S, St. Cloud, MN 56301


Schedule:

  • Day: Saturdays
  • Game Times: 12:30pm or 2pm
  • Dates: January 17th, 24th, 31st, February 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th


Age Group:

  • Boys, ages 16–19 (birth years 2007–2010)



Cost:

  • $125 per player (must be paid in full at registration)


Teams:

  • 8–10 players per team 
  • Please list team name if team has already been arranged (pre-made teams will only be honored if you have a full roster)
  • Teams should wear the same color shirt for matches (pinnies will be provided if needed)



League Rules & Format:

  • 7v7 format (6v6 and a keeper)
  • Players must wear shin guards
  • No sliding (player will be removed if they slide)
  • Using 10U-sized nets
  • Kick-ins to restart play
  • One referee per field
  • 4 games running simultaneously
  • Players must arrive early to be checked in with any form of ID as they enter the dome
  • Teams will play 30 min halves with a 5 min half time
  • Scores will be added to playmetrics, and winning team will be announced at the end of the 7 weeks
